Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated delivery times are: United Kingdom: 7–15 working days, United States: 7–15 business days, Australia & Canada: 8–18 business days, Southeast Asia: 5–12 business days, Other destinations: 10–25 business days. These are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes. All orders include tracking where available. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking may take a few business days to update after dispatch.
My tracking hasn’t updated in a while — what should I do?
Tracking can sometimes pause while a parcel moves between facilities or countries. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at cs@luminlea.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible at cs@luminlea.com. We will do our best to update your address before fulfilment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Will my order be subject to customs or import fees?
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately at cs@luminlea.com. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and clear photos and we will resolve it promptly.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please email cs@luminlea.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
I received the wrong item — what should I do?
Please contact us at cs@luminlea.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund.

How do you select your products?
Every product in our collection is carefully evaluated for its function, design, durability, and everyday usefulness. We only add items that have a clear purpose and a genuine role in your daily routine. If it doesn’t meet our standard, it doesn’t make the cut.
How should I care for my products?
Care instructions vary by product. As a general guide: wipe hard surfaces clean with a soft cloth, spot clean or hand wash fabric items gently, and allow items to dry fully before storing. Always follow any specific care instructions included with your product.
