Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Luminlea. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging where applicable
- Free from signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration, stains, odours, pet hair, or misuse
- Returned with any accessories, manuals, tags, or included parts
To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@luminlea.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used beauty accessories
- Used grooming items
- Items that have been washed, worn, stained, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Final sale items, gift cards, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items not in their original condition
This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at cs@luminlea.com within 30 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the item, packaging, and shipping label
We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate. You will not be responsible for return postage costs in these cases.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you may return eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address. Please ensure items are securely packaged for return. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Some card providers may take slightly longer to process the credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, incorrect, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, colour, or variant, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order. Please contact us at cs@luminlea.com and we will do our best to help.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at cs@luminlea.com. We can only cancel or edit an order before it has been processed for fulfilment. Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed to a carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your parcel, any shipping, return, customs, handling, or restocking costs incurred may be deducted from your refund.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are based in the United Kingdom, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply in addition to this policy.
