Shipping Policy

UK & International Shipping

Luminlea ships to the UK and selected international destinations from our fulfilment network. UK orders typically arrive within 7–15 working days after dispatch. All orders include a tracking number sent by email once your order has shipped. Some items may be dispatched separately depending on availability and fulfilment location.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, holidays, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following are estimated delivery windows after dispatch and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 working days after dispatch
  • United States: 7–15 business days after dispatch
  • Australia: 8–18 business days after dispatch
  • Canada: 8–18 business days after dispatch
  • European Union: 8–18 business days after dispatch
  • Southeast Asia: 5–12 business days after dispatch
  • Other international destinations: 10–25 business days after dispatch

Tracked Shipping

All orders include tracking where available. Tracking details may take several business days to update after dispatch, especially while the parcel is moving between facilities or countries. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at cs@luminlea.com.

Split Shipments

Luminlea works with trusted fulfilment partners across multiple locations. Depending on the product and your destination, items in the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive at different times. If this happens, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. This is normal and does not affect your order status.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at cs@luminlea.com. We will do our best to update it before fulfilment begins, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your delivery country and local regulations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us at cs@luminlea.com with your order number. A package is not considered lost until the carrier confirms it or the maximum delivery window has passed.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the parcel, we may offer a reshipment or refund after deducting any shipping, handling, or return costs incurred.
