We want you to feel confident shopping with Luminlea. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging where applicable
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration, stains, odors, pet hair, or misuse
  • Returned with any accessories, manuals, tags, or included parts

To initiate a return, please contact us at Customer Support with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used beauty accessories
  • Used grooming items
  • Items that have been washed, worn, stained, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Final sale items, gift cards, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
  • Items returned without approval
  • Items not in their original condition

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Customer Support

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the item, packaging, and shipping label

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law. Original shipping costs, priority processing fees, insurance fees, customs charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all items. If you would like a different item, size, color, or variant, please contact us. In many cases, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Customer Support

We can only cancel or edit an order before it has been processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed to a carrier, it cannot be canceled.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your parcel, any shipping, returns, customs, handling, or restocking costs may be deducted from your refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.
