📦 Shipping Notice: Luminlea works with a network of trusted global warehouses to fulfill your orders. Depending on your location and the product ordered, your item may ship from a regional fulfillment center outside your country. All orders are fully tracked and handled with care. Estimated delivery times are shown below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods, holidays, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center handling your order. Below are estimated delivery windows after processing:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Australia: 8–18 business days
  • Canada: 8–18 business days
  • European Union: 8–18 business days
  • Southeast Asia: 5–12 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

These are estimates only and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Our Fulfillment Network

Luminlea works with a network of trusted global fulfillment partners and regional warehouses to source and deliver your orders efficiently. Depending on the product and your destination, orders may ship from the most suitable warehouse location to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery possible.

Because we work with multiple fulfillment centers, items in the same order may occasionally ship separately and arrive at different times. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Tracked Shipping

All orders include tracking where available. Tracking details may take several business days to update after shipment, especially while the parcel is in transit between facilities or countries. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at Customer Support

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Customer Support. We will do our best to update it before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As some orders ship internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped from different fulfillment locations. You may receive more than one tracking number. This is normal and does not affect your order status.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us at Customer Support with your order number. A package is not considered lost until the carrier confirms it or the maximum delivery window has passed.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the parcel, we may offer a reshipment or refund after deducting any shipping, handling, or return costs incurred.
